The hotel itself was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and close to the hospital. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the hotel even had a balcony in our room. we were very satisfied with our choice of this hotel for our trip to Istanbul.
parking was limited and the area traffic could be challenging if you had a car.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially the manager. Upgraded to deluxe room with jacuzzi and Netflix. Clean and modern room with thoughtful amenities. Calm hotel with no street noise. Public transport nearby. Polite and cooperative staff. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. a satisfactory choice.

The staff at this hotel were amazing - so cute and helpful throughout my entire stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, whether it was ordering a taxi or recommending local attractions. The location of the hotel was ideal for me as it was not far from the hospital I needed to visit for my business trip.
One aspect that could have been better was the noise level in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. We were impressed with the convenience of the parking and the proximity to the shirenevler metro station. The location in a non-touristic district made for a peaceful and quiet stay, while still being in the center of this city. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
